You don’t have to do this alone

Thriver is a calm, grounded space for people navigating cancer, recurrence, and life after diagnosis. Here we talk honestly about treatment decisions, real outcomes and how to live well, even when life has changed.

My Purpose

I built Thriver from lived experience.

I know what it’s like to sit in the chair, to hear words that change everything, and to make decisions that feel bigger than you were prepared for.

I’ve lived through the fear, the research rabbit holes, the strength, the exhaustion - and the quiet moments no one talks about.

Thriver exists because I believe people deserve clarity, steadiness, and honest conversation while they’re navigating something life-altering.

No hype. No false promises. No pretending it’s easier than it is.

Just grounded support and real perspective.

You’re not in this alone.

Through weekly letters, blog posts, and interviews we explore what it means to live fully- even when life includes treatment, recurrence, uncertainty, and planning ahead. The hopeful stories, the complicated ones, the honest ones.

Grounded wellness guidance, recovery practices, helpful free guides, and everyday tools-that help you function beyond the chair-at home, at work, and in real life.

The Weekly Letter

Each week, I share a grounded, practical letter, focused on clarity, advocacy, and living well in the middle of uncertainty.

No hype. No fear tactics. Just thoughtful perspective and actionable tools.
